Lawn Removal Project and Clorox 2® Prize Package Giveaway
Earlier this week I gave you an update on our Lawn Removal Project. And here’s the original post on taking out the lawns. As part of our New Year’s resolutions, we have resolved to finish the project!
Let me tell you, all that digging, tilling, planting, building, and yard work has made for some dirty clothes, especially the socks! After I come in from working out there I can’t believe how much dirt my socks have collected! And we have that hard clay in our yards, so it makes it even dirtier than just nice soil. I’m pretty sure that clay sticks to everything just a bit more than regular old dirt.
With Clorox 2® I don’t have to worry about getting my clothes dirty. I’ve found that Clorox 2® Stain Fighter & Color Booster works really well on all of my dirty yard work clothes! Clorox 2® Stain Remover & Color Booster can be used in the wash to keep colors bright and as a pre-treater for stains. It removes tough stains and brightens colors. I use it to pre-treat set-in stains too! You can even use it on stains you thought would be there forever (like my little white socks that are so dirty after digging in the yard!) – even ones that have been through the dryer! It works like a charm!
You can also ring in the New Year with a new adventure or project without worrying about your wardrobe. Clorox 2® Stain Fighter & Color Booster is especially effective against stains like food and ink, and will help keep your entire wardrobe clean, all year-long, even if you decide to drop your new hobby after a class or two. And, to help you try out Clorox 2®, I have a giveaway! You could win Clorox 2® Stain Remover & Color Booster Liquid, $100 StitchFix gift card, and a 2016 Kate Spade planner! You’ll find the giveaway widget lower in the post.
When I was over on the Clorox 2® website I saw they had a section for coupons, and I saw that they have an app to help you with how to fight stains! It looks pretty cool, and I’ll definitely be downloading that! It says, “Whether you’re at home or on the go, the Clorox® myStain™ app can give you tips and tricks to remove tough stains.” Learn more about Clorox 2® at their website.
“Grass stains, mud splatter and wine spills. They’re signs of life well-lived. And while you want to delight in the discovery, savor the new skill, or celebrate the accomplishment, you want the stain gone – all gone.”
2016 should be a good year for us; we have lots of projects that we plan on tackling, especially house projects. I think our top four projects that we have are:
- Finish the meadow in the front yard
- Work on the concrete squares in both the front and the back yard
- Remodel the bathrooms in the house
- Build the deck in the front yard
