When I first tasted this Bertolli® Alfredo sauce I was really impressed by how thick and rich it is. And, I wanted to make something special, unique with it. It would be so good for a quick weeknight meal of simple pasta and Bertolli® Alfredo sauce. You could toss in some steamed broccoli. Oh, man that would be a great way to impress your Valentine! But, with the big football game coming up really soon, I wanted to make something I could quickly make and impress my party going friends. And, this Easy Nacho Dip is totally awesome! I couldn’t stop eating it! My husband even put some of it on his sandwich for lunch. Man, is it good!

In 1865, Francesco opened a small storefront business selling regional foods such as olive oil, wine, cheese and olives. In the late 1800s, Italian immigrants in America, unable to find the products to which they were accustomed, wrote to Bertolli asking for crates of olive oil. - 1 cup Bertolli® Alfredo sauce
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan, and over medium heat, stir until cream cheese has melted and sauce is thick and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or bread slices.
