My menu for Thanksgiving 2013 included Cheese Puff Bread, Raw Pecan Chocolate Date Bars, Roasted Cranberry Sauce, and Chipotle – Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes (recipe included)
This Roasted Cranberry Sauce is by far the easiest one I’ve ever made! This would be fabulous served as a simple condiment on the Thanksgiving table, but there are so many other ways to use this tasty condiment!
Roasted cardamon persimmons and black grapes stuffed inside a roasted acorn squash, lightly seasoned! Just awesomely yummy! And, it makes a great side dish for this time of year, or for the Thanksgiving table!
