A new avocado (to me), the Mexicola Avocado was delicious, smooth and buttery. And I served them with some awesome Baked Mexican Potato Skins. These potato skins have become a favorite in our house! I make them all the time because they’re so yummy & perfect for snacking on while watching football!
For our 12-year wedding anniversary, we spent the day in the kitchen making sushi. But, all this sushi making didn’t make my sushi craving go away, it just changed it a little. And, I decided I wanted to do a little twist on the California Roll. So, I give you, the California Roll Sandwich.
