Use It or Lose It Week or Summer Veggie Frittata

This week is “Use It or Lose It Week” in our house. That means I try to use all the bits and pieces in the ‘fridge before they go bad. Last night, we had Summer Veggie Frittata. Yummy. Sharing

I have to say that a lot of what I cook has to do with conservation- I don’t want to waste food or money. And, this gives me a chance to exercise my creativity.

Vanilla Scented Zucchini Date Bread

Here’s a joke for you… A woman grew the world’s largest zucchini, so she went to her friend’s house to show it off. The zucchini was so huge, [...]

Honey Lemon Marmalade

This honey marmalade, made with the last of the Neighborhood Fruit, is sweet and tart, and the texture is great. It makes quite a bit, so I have lots for sharing.
